About Veritor

An instrument, not an oracle.

We’re three executives who spent our careers building AI where the stakes were real. Veritor exists to give mid-market leaders the straight story: what the technology will do, what it won’t, and where it actually fits.

The name

Built to read true.

VERIT· + ·OR

Veritor is two parts. Verit-, from the Latin veritas, meaning truth. And -or, the suffix English reserves for instruments: a monitor, a conductor, a sensor. An instrument that reads true.

That isn’t wordplay for its own sake. It’s the whole promise. The AI industry sells certainty it hasn’t earned, with visions untethered from any business problem and transformations that offer no honest path from here to there. We built Veritor to be the opposite: a precise reading of what’s real, delivered without the hype.

How we work

We’ll tell you the truth, even when it costs us the work.

We’ve watched too many consultants sell a future that isn’t anchored to a business problem, or a vision with no comprehensive path to get there. So we took the opposite approach: radical candor. We tell clients the truth about where AI helps, where it doesn’t, and what it will take, even when the honest answer is that we’re not the right choice for them.

AI is a tool. A powerful one, but one of many. Our job isn’t to sell it to you. It’s to tell you straight whether it solves the problem in front of you, and to build it well when it does.

A vision you can’t act on is just an expensive opinion.
The foundation

Operators first. Technologists throughout.

Veritor is three executives with 45 years combined in AI/ML technical and operational leadership, across aviation, energy, professional services, logistics, military and defense, legal, and e-commerce. We’ve designed and implemented AI and ML-assisted workflows with some of the world’s largest companies.

That combination is the point. Because we’ve sat in the executive seat, we can separate signal from noise fast. Because we’ve built the technology ourselves, we know which signal is real. It’s what lets us point a client toward the right transformation path instead of the fashionable one.

Leaders lead

AI is an executive initiative, not an IT one.

A change this consequential can’t be delegated down the org chart. Executives have to lead it from the front, which means they have to genuinely understand it: where an agent fits, where an orchestrator does, and where the technology simply isn’t the answer.

So we pair our technical work with executive coaching drawn from the Conscious Leadership Group (CLG). We don’t just install capability. We make sure the leaders steering it understand what they’re steering. The result is a leadership team that can carry the work forward long after we’ve stepped back.

Technical depth, paired with executive coaching
Our model

We build for your independence.

The goal of every engagement is your team’s independence. We transfer capability as we go, training your people, hardening your workflows, and handing over the controls, so the gains compound after we’re gone. No quiet retainer that becomes permanent. No dependency dressed up as partnership. When we’ve done our job well, you don’t need us anymore.

Capability transferred, not hoarded
A clean exit, by design
Gains that compound after we’re gone
The method

One system, applied honestly.

01
Leadership Alignment Session
We get your executive team to a shared, honest baseline of where AI actually moves the needle for your business.
02
Organizational Readiness Diagnostic
A scored, defensible read of your real AI maturity across the dimensions that matter.
03
Transformation Roadmap
A prioritized, sequenced plan, gated by impact and effort, driven by your business rather than the technology.
04
Recommendations & Enablement
The specific tools and agentic workflows, plus the leadership education that sustains them.

Why it works: the sequence refuses to build before it understands, and refuses to hand you tools without the capability to run them.
